The Dancing House Czech Republic

The Dancing House brings either puzzlement or a smile to visitors. Some gave it the nickname “Fred and Ginger” after the iconic Fred Astaire and his dance partner. Designed by maverick architect Frank Gehry, the building often seems to be swimming or like it could not possibly be stable. However, Gehry used his famous rule-breaking design genius to create a surreal-looking and perfectly stable building using construction elements such as wavy moldings, a tower of glass, curved pillars, and tricks of perspective to make the building appear more off-kilter than it actually is. Whatever you think of it, it’s definitely worthy of a visit.
